Safety Advisor

Are you a passionate and experienced Work Health and Safety professional looking to make a significant impact?
An exciting opportunity exists for a dedicated Safety Advisor (ASO7) to join the State Government.

In this role, you will drive our safety culture by providing expert advice, building strong stakeholder relationships, and managing risks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert, practical WHS advice to ensure legislative compliance.
• Partner with work groups to identify and mitigate safety risks.
• Contribute to asset management and tender processes.
• Partner with external stakeholders and contractor management.

About You

• Essential: 3+ years in a dedicated WHS role with deep knowledge of legislation.
• Essential: Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Desirable: A tertiary qualification in WHS management
